The story of how German Autowerks came to be
The story behind German Autowerks
German Autowerks started from humble beginnings in 2022 by Jay and has grown into a state-of-the-art 4000 sq ft facility to build and maintain customer cars. Initially focusing on BMWs, due to customer demand, the range has expanded to include Volkswagen Audi Group cars.
Jay is the technical brains of the outfit, having left BMW in 2017 as a Senior Technician and former BMW apprentice of the year. His work outside of BMW has focused on racing and building fast cars, including customer race and track day cars, which has resulted in race and championship wins. His work has achieved global recognition, building cars for customers around the world.
The company was formed with the aim to offer the best German-focused automotive service and offerings in the UK.
